Our Paralegals provide quality service to attorneys and clients by managing various aspects of any case, including interviewing witnesses, handling preliminary investigations, organizing and handling documents and databases, drafting documents, and preparing exhibits for use at client presentations, depositions and trial.
Our firm has more than fifty Paralegals practicing in Intellectual Property, Business Litigation, Business Practice, Insurance, Mass Tort, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice. Our Litigation Paralegals have experience in preparing damages (including video documentation), answering discovery, analyzing subrogation claims and drafting settlement brochures. Several of our Paralegals have had formal training on jury selection techniques and coordinating jury focus groups. Our Business Practice Paralegals assist in preparing tax returns, drafting Probate and Estate Planning documents, as well as assisting with trademark applications, corporate audit reports and managing structured settlement trusts.
Our Paralegals work with some of the best technology available to handle client matters efficiently and accurately. Databases, imaging, CD-ROM and other technical avenues have enabled our Paralegals to handle millions of documents for large cases as well as detailed information for smaller cases. By coordinating with both in-house services and outside vendors throughout the nation, our Paralegals are able to deliver quality technical service to attorneys and clients.
