Murray v. Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc.
Robins Kaplan, serving as court-appointed co-lead counsel for consumer plaintiffs, successfully secured a $14 million settlement in a putative class action filed in late 2019 against meal kit delivery company HelloFresh for alleged violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
