Sapphire Crossing, LLC v. Expensify
Robins Kaplan served as lead defense counsel for Expensify in patent litigation brought by Sapphire Crossing, LLC in which plaintiff alleged infringement of patents covering receipt scanning technology. We succeeded on motion to dismiss and resolved case with zero liability for Expensify.
