Genzyme Corp. et al. v. Zenara Pharma Private Limited

Robins Kaplan LLP served as lead trial counsel to Zenara Pharma Private Limited in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation in the District of Delaware by Genzyme Corp. and The Regents of the University of Michigan asserting infringement of four patents covering Cerdelga (eliglustat) capsules. Prior to the close of fact discovery, Zenara negotiated a favorable settlement.
