Judge Koeltl granted the parties’ motion to dismiss the matter with prejudice. The patents originally at issue in this matter were U.S. Patents Nos. 5,642,155 (entitled “Method and apparatus for supporting two-way telecommunications on CATV networks”), 5,563,883 (entitled “Dynamic channel management and signalling method and apparatus”).
