The litigation involves allegations that the leading automotive parts makers engaged in a long-running conspiracy to rig bids and fix the prices that they charged to automakers. The end-payor plaintiffs allege that this unlawful conduct resulted in artificially high prices for automotive parts that were then passed on to consumers and businesses who purchased new cars and other vehicles in the U.S.

Hollis Salzman, co-lead counsel for the end-payor plaintiffs and co-chair of Robins Kaplan LLP®’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, represents a group of more than 50 individuals who purchased or leased new automobiles containing the auto parts at issue in the litigation.

Robins Kaplan attorneys Bernard Persky, William Reiss, and Noelle Feigenbaum also represent the plaintiffs.
