Robins Kaplan Promotes Julie Pritchard-Hedtke to Chief Practice Management Officer and Diane Frick to Chief Talent Officer

Robins Kaplan LLP® is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Pritchard-Hedtke to Chief Practice Management Officer and Diane Frick to Chief Talent Officer.

Julie Pritchard-Hedtke, who has been with the firm since 1997, will assume her new role after spending the last 16 years as Robins Kaplan's Director of Practice Group Management. Diane Frick joined Robins Kaplan in 1987 and previously served as the firm's Director of Human Resources, leading the firm's talent management strategies.

As Chief Practice Management Officer, Julie will be responsible for the strategic leadership, coordination, guidance, and support of all practice groups’ execution of Robins Kaplan's core business strategy – providing innovative litigation strategy and aggressive trial advocacy to clients, while maintaining the highest levels of service. She will also lead revenue management and efficiency programs, including legal project management, process improvement, and practice innovation.

In her previous position at the firm, Julie played an integral role in helping Robins Kaplan shape and execute its practice group strategies. This included working closely with firm leadership to develop and maintain the practice groups necessary for Robins Kaplan to not only serve its clients effectively and efficiently, but also to anticipate market changes and implement strategies that enable the firm to remain an industry leader in key disciplines. She also played a key role in the development of the firm's Exceptional Advocate Training Program (EATP), a nationally recognized training curriculum designed to develop the next generation of world-class trial attorneys.

A graduate of Minnesota State University, Moorhead, Julie has spent the last 22 years of her career at Robins Kaplan, starting as a paralegal before moving to the business side of the firm.

Diane Frick, Chief Talent Officer

As Chief Talent Officer, Diane Frick will help drive innovation for Robins Kaplan by creating a world-class platform of talent acquisition and support for the benefit of the firm's clients and attorneys. She will provide executive-level direction for the firm's talent strategy, including attorney and staff recruiting and integration, retention, training and leadership development.

Diane earned both undergraduate and Master's degrees from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. She is certified as a Senior Human Resource Professional, is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators.
