Kate Jaycox Recognized as Minnesota Association for Justice Member of the Year

The Minnesota Association for Justice (MAJ) selected Kate Jaycox as their 2017 Member of the Year in recognition of her extraordinary leadership and devoted service to the organization.

Ms. Jaycox is a mass tort attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP, where she represents individuals and families who have been injured by the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

“We were pleased to present the Member of the Year award to Kate Jaycox for her exceptional contributions to the organization over the last year,” said Rob Roe, president of MAJ. “Her leadership and service as chair of our education committee and as a member of our executive board have advanced MAJ’s mission to strengthen and improve access to the civil justice system for all.”

MAJ is a professional association of plaintiffs’ attorneys who represent people harmed or injured by the negligence or misconduct of others.  MAJ defends the rights guaranteed by the constitutions and laws of the United States and Minnesota, including the a right to a trial by jury, and advocates for public policies that enhance and advance consumer protections, wrongdoer accountability, and equal access to justice for all.
