New York– Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. is pleased to announce today that Craig Weiner has joined the Firm as partner in its Business Litigation practice in the New York office. He focuses his practice on representing domestic and foreign hedge funds, venture companies, high net worth individuals and government funds in commercial litigation matters, including international arbitration.
Weiner joins Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. from Hofheimer Gartlir & Gross, LLP, where he was a partner in their New York, NY office. In addition to developing a litigation practice there, Weiner advised clients on transactional matters relating to joint ventures, strategic alliances, government grants as well as private equity, venture capital and institutional financing.

Weiner, who is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, earned his J.D. from the Albany Law School (1991). He earned his B.S. from Lehigh University (1988).
