Bruce D. Manning was appointed to the Hennepin County District Court bench by Gov. Mark Dayton on December 16, 2013. He is expected to take the bench early next year with a formal swearing-in ceremony in February.
Mr. Manning focuses his practice on commercial civil litigation and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation, Government and Internal Investigations, and International Trade Commission Groups. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School. Mr. Manning attended law school at the University of Michigan and earned his B.A. from Carleton College. He also possesses a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
