Daniel Allender Named Lawyer on The Fast Track by The Recorder In 2022 California Legal Awards

Robins Kaplan LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Allender has been recognized among the “Lawyers on the Fast Track (Under 40)” in The Recorder’s 2022 California Legal Awards.
The California Legal Awards celebrate the achievements of lawyers and companies leading technology, innovation, and the profession as a whole. The “Lawyers on the Fast Track” list recognizes lawyers in California under age 40 who are considered as the next generation of legal leaders.
Daniel Allender, a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and co-chair of the firm’s LGBTQ+ Resource Group, navigates high-stakes disputes across industries, with an emphasis on retail, real estate, and technology companies. He regularly represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and intellectual property matters and complex matters involving property insurance litigation and insurance coverage. During the pandemic, Allender served as national coordinating counsel for several public retailers, resolving hundreds of landlord-tenant disputes across the United States for tenants asserting claims for lease termination, rent abatement, and co-tenancy remedies.
Allender will be honored at an awards ceremony in San Francisco on November 3, 2022.
