On Thursday, December 9, 2021, Steve Carlson spoke as part of a panel at the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology’s 22nd Annual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute on the topic of “Interplay of District Courts and the PTAB: Navigating an Uncertain Path.”
This two-day event took place in-person at Stanford University Dec. 9-10, 2021.
