Law360, New York (July 28, 2011) -- A Texas jury on Tuesday awarded $5.4 million to engineering company Convolve Inc. in a case alleging Dell Inc., Western Digital Corp. and Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Inc. infringed a patented system for improving hard disk drive performance.
Convolve Inc. was represented by Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. among other law firms.
