Chandra Kilgriff is the Manager of Diversity, Inclusion, and Pro Bono at Robins Kaplan LLP. A dedicated advocate for inclusion in the legal profession, Chandra promotes diverse perspectives in all aspects of the firm’s talent management practices. Since 2015, she has spearheaded the implementation of Robins Kaplan’s innovative Leaders Engaged in the Advancement of Diversity (LEAD) initiative, empowering the firm’s leaders to take concrete steps to increase diversity and holding them accountable for their results. Chandra also manages the firm’s nationally-recognized pro bono program, providing greater access to legal representation for low-income individuals and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Chandra was a tax attorney at a national law firm, and she continues to represent low-income taxpayers and non-profit organizations in her pro bono practice. She holds a Juris Doctor and Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University, and was a 2014-2015 Policy Fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Chandra serves on the Boards of Directors of Minds Matter Twin Cities and American Model United Nations, and volunteers with The Arc Greater Twin Cities.
