After 15 weeks of trial in Ramsey County, Minnesota, the defendants agreed to pay plaintiffs $6.6 billion over a term of 25 years and to restrict their marketing practices both in Minnesota and nationally. During the trial, was responsible for the direct and cross-examination of the antitrust experts who were called by the respective parties, and for the cross-examination of several tobacco industry CEOs and technical experts.
