Meegan Hollywood prosecutes class actions involving price-fixing, unlawful monopolization and other anticompetitive practices. She previously served as the lead associate in In re Air Cargo Shipping Services Antitrust Litigation, in which a class of direct purchasers recovered over $1.2 billion in settlements for an alleged global conspiracy in the market for airfreight services. She is currently litigating In re Vehicle Carrier Services Antitrust Litigation on behalf of a class of end-payor plaintiffs, whom allege a global conspiracy to fix prices and allocate customers in the vehicle shipping market, and In re Keurig Green Mountain Single-Serve Coffee Antitrust Litigation, a proposed class action against Keurig for allegedly obtaining an unlawful monopoly through a multifaceted scheme of anticompetitive acquisitions, exclusive dealing, and sham patent litigation. She has also defended clients in complex commercial litigation, Director and Officer Liability litigation, and in white collar and securities fraud investigations.
Ms. Hollywood is currently working with KIND (Kids in Need of Defense) to provide pro bono assistance to unaccompanied refugee children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in the United States.
