Geoffrey Kozen has dedicated his legal career to antitrust and competition policy and litigation. He has worked on amicus briefs for the United States Supreme Court and for several United States Courts of Appeal. He has prepared testimony on competition for the United States Senate and House of Representatives, and to the Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Trade Commission.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan, Geoffrey worked for the United States Senate and for a national antitrust policy organization. In those capacities, Geoffrey wrote on a wide range of industries, including air travel, electricity, food distribution, internet service, generic drugs, LCDs, finance, and music.
