Robins Kaplan LLP has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Triage Call Specialist in our Medical Negligence Group. The Triage Call Specialist responds to telephone calls from potential clients, obtains pertinent case information and then provides brief written summaries of each of these calls to be passed on to Medical Analyst staff members or attorneys. The Triage Call Specialist also communicates verbally with Medical Analysts and Attorneys regarding potential clients.
Keys to success include: exceptional customer service and phone skills, high degree of professionalism, attention to detail with solid writing and speaking skills.
Educational requirements: A two year or four year college degree is required with preference given to medical or legal subject matter.
