Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation law firm, has an exciting opportunity in our Minneapolis location for a talented individual to collaborate with the CPMO, Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) and other firm leadership to provide administrative, operational and strategic support to the IP & Technology, Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice, and Mass Tort practice groups.

You will assist PGLs and CPMO in developing specific plans and providing support that ensure plans are implemented, assist PGLs in managing their practice groups, stay abreast of legal industry trends and sharing that information with firm leadership, support communications within the firm on all firm initiatives, collaborating across all offices, and supporting and reinforcing the firm’s values and culture.

Keys to your success include: Bachelor degree required. At least five years of experience in the legal industry. Significant experience preparing presentations and communication pieces is essential, along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively build relationships, highly competent communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of practice group functions and services, client service, culture and strategy of both the firm and practice groups.
