Robins Kaplan LLP, a national litigation law firm, has a full-time exciting opportunity in our Minneapolis location for a talented individual to join our Ediscovery team. You will be responsible to assist project managers, attorneys and paralegals effectively manage documents and information related to discovery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical support for litigation applications including relativity, LAW and Westlaw CaseNotebook.
  • Apprise of capabilities and offer solutions.
  • Load documents into Relativity, and create and edit layouts and views.
  • Use LAW software to convert documents into PDF/TIFF and OCR documents.
  • Update indexes and perform database searches.

Keys to your success include:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of Ediscovery processes
  • Ability to manage document review database loading, exports and productions;
  • Ability to create cases and load transcripts into full-text searching software
  • Ability to convert and load data from one software to another
  • Ability to perform database searches and create witness kits
  • Computer proficiency and familiarity with hardware and software, including imaging software, editing tools, and data processing software
  • Ability to work long hours and/or travel on occasion
