We seek an attorney to join our Business Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 2 – 4 years of complex litigation experience handling litigation in banking and other financial services matters. In addition to strong research and writing skills, successful candidates will have experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions in financial industry litigation cases. Additional experience with arbitrations and trials is helpful.
