Robins Kaplan LLP seeks an associate with experience in bankruptcy litigation to join its Business Litigation practice in our Minneapolis office. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials and 4 - 8 years of legal experience, specifically creditor and debtor rights, distressed assets, buying and selling assets in Chapter 11, bankruptcy-related litigation, as well as out-of-court restructuring. Strong research and writing skills are a must. Law clerk experience for a bankruptcy judge in a U.S. Bankruptcy Court is a plus.
